Eagles eat birds and small mammals. Eagles are not closely related to each other. The nest of a eagle is made of tree branches and other stuff like grass, twigs, or leaves. An eagle makes its nest really big in tall places.
The bald eagle, with its snowy-feathered (not bald) head and white tail, makes a huge nest. Bald eagles remain mostly in Alaska and Canada. A bald eagles nest can reach 10 feet wide, and 20 feet deep. As many as 4,000 eagles can gather on a riverbank to catch spawning salmon. Bald eagles can dive at up to 100 miles an hour to snatch a fish from the water. When babies are born, the parents go and get food for them. A baby eagle is called a fledgling or an eaglet. In general, a baby eagle is called an eaglet. I like eagles. I like them because they look cool when they dive, they fly fast, and they catch fish in a cool way. I bet they can even eat a dog. Though I doubt they would. Ashleigh
